Warranty Terms & Conditions
Beside-U Canada offers a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturer defects only, on all bags purchased through beside-u.ca (for bags purchased from a local shop, or other online retailer, please speak with them directly). Any damages resulting from misuse, abuse or from normal wear and tear, including those caused by airlines or other carriers are not covered under our policy. Defects may include:
- Broken Zipper or Hardware
- Stitching Issues
- Removable Strap Issues.
If your claim falls within the warranty period please email us @ info@isaofcanada.com or call (905) 824-4473. Please note that only products purchased in the past 30 days directly from beside-u.ca are eligible for monetary refund.
